Ergonomic desk chair
I used to think afternoon fatigue was normal until I realized my chair was the problem. Sitting for hours in poor posture quietly drains energy, tightens muscles, and reduces focus. After switching to a ergonomic desk chair, my workdays felt completely different. My back stopped aching, my shoulders relaxed, and I could concentrate longer without constant stretching. The real benefit wasn’t just comfort — it was consistent productivity. When your body is properly supported, your brain works better too. A good workspace shouldn’t distract you with discomfort; it should disappear so you can focus entirely on your tasks.
